A Little Background…
I’m constantly looking for new and innovative ways to help massage professionals build their practices. The yearly income for most massage professionals is extremely low – most surveys by massage associations find it to be a little over $20,000 per year on average. It doesn’t nearly reflect the value we offer the public, our level of training, nor the amount of work we expend in helping people.
So to help professionals like yourself, I’ve been developing e-courses at BodyworkBiz. I’m biased of course, but if you’ve taken one, I’m sure you’ll agree that they really are the absolute best way to learn and integrate marketing and business information to help you grow your practice. The format is far more effective than either live workshops or books.
I think the only thing that could make this kind of material more effective is if I personally consulted with professionals like you and gave you a very personal step-by-step system that was proven to work for your unique situation.

I finally found a way to make myself available as a personal (business) trainer to people who want to transform their massage business. I tested this idea out on a small group of massage professionals to be sure that I had an absolute fail-proof system before I rolled it out to everyone. Essentially, the program involved me working closely with a small group of massage professionals and leading them through a very specific system to dramatically increase their sales.

The program is designed for those who have little money to invest, but who have time on their hands as they wait for clients. This might include practitioners who are just starting their practice, who are having a hard time getting started or even those who are just tired of struggling all the time.
It is designed for people who are uncomfortable with marketing. The system is designed to be as stress-free as possible. At the same time, it will give you greater confidence in your business skills, your ability to manage clients and your ability to take control of your practice.
You have to be prepared to work hard, that is, you have to be prepared to handle a significant increase in the number of clients and to invest some time each week following the marketing plan that I lay out for you.
The plan is very simple and there are minimal marketing costs. It is not complicated. You don’t have to be pushy or aggressive. You don’t have to write a book, do public speaking, or go to networking events or anything like that. In fact, one of the reasons I’m so excited about this program is because it is so stress free. For the most part, it simply leverages your existing personal network and your existing clients.
That doesn’t mean I’m not going to push you. Just like a personal trainer pushes your limits to make you stronger, I’m going to make you exercise your marketing muscles.
You and the group will get short daily “lessons” to lay the groundwork and learn my methods for a week before we begin our 60 days. Then through the period of 60 days you’ll get weekly email lessons that outline exactly what you need to do.
I’ll give you specific tasks. I will outline in detail exactly what you need to do. There’s no guesswork involved. Just follow the steps.
I will be available to personally answer any questions that come up for you through the program. You can also post your questions to a private online discussion list that I have set up specifically for you. If you ever have any questions, problems or concerns post them to the discussion board where the other participants and I will work together to help you out.
As a participant of this program, I will require you to track your progress on the forms provided to help you stay on track.
My goal is for you to have added an additional five to ten appointments to your schedule every week on a consistent basis following the end of the program.
Let me put this into perspective for you. Five to ten additional clients means roughly the equivalent of $12,000 to $24,000 in additional sales per year. And by “additional sales” I mean sales above what you may already be doing – found money, in a sense, that you wouldn’t have otherwise. Your assignment, should you choose to accept it…
It’s possible to have a successful, thriving business in a very short timeframe, but you have to work to make it happen. As much as we all would like to believe in a magic bullet, it doesn’t exist. The more you put into the process, the more you’ll get out of it.
You’ll be given weekly assignments. It’s expected that you’ll complete them. How long will it take to do your “homework”? That’s really up to you. I would say that you should expect to spend two to four hours a week taking the required actions.
As with everything in life, the more you put into it the more you’ll get out of it. If you don’t want to go at the pace I dictate, that’s up to you. Just don’t expect 60 clients in 60 days. If you want to pull out all the stops and go full steam ahead, that’s terrific.
You’ll be asked to complete a short report each week on a spreadsheet that I’ll provide you. It consists mostly of reporting numbers related to your business, i.e. numbers of clients seen, sales levels, etc. It should take no more than ten minutes to complete each week. You’ll need that data to make sure that you are on track.
In addition, plan to do at least an extra hour of massage each day – after all, this is the 60 Clients In 60 Days program!
Please do not enroll in this program if you are rigid in your thinking and are not open to new ideas. I’m assuming that you are taking the program because what you are currently doing is not working as effectively as you would like. You can’t expect to think and do exactly as you are doing and see dramatic changes in your business. To get a different result, you need to get out of the “business as usual” rut. You need to make changes. And making changes is always a little difficult because it requires that we move out of our comfort zone.
Now I don’t want you to think that you are going to be “forced” to do things. I won’t “make you” do anything you don’t want to do. Everything you do is entirely within your control. However, I would like to see you go beyond your comfort zone a little.
It’s just like exercising. Initially, when you start pushing your limits, it feels uncomfortable, sometimes even painful. Then as you start to see results and you start to see your body shape up, it becomes very worth the effort. Furthermore, as you become more fit, what seemed like a lot of effort initially becomes very easy.
