Joseph “Bazooka Joe” Valtellini, is owner and Head Coach at Bazooka Kickboxing & MMA. Considered to be the best kickboxer to come out of Canada, Joseph created history being the first Canadian to win the world’s largest kickboxing world title, the Glory Welterweight World Championship. With limited amounts of amateur and professional experience, he beat everyone in his path, even fighters with over 10 times his experience, all over the world. He is currently the voice of Glory kickboxing, as the TV analyst and color commentator for the Organization.
Bazooka joe, isn’t your typical fighter. He has a Honour Bachelor of Health & Physical education degree, as well as a bachelor in Education at the University of Toronto.
Following his education, he’s been working with the Toronto District School Board for 10 years as a physical health and education teacher. He focused his passion for teaching working with kids with special needs, autism, behavioural issues, and the at-risk population. All while accomplishing his dream of becoming a world Champion.
Very few in the world have the passion and in ring and teaching experience Joseph has. After taking 1 of his classes, you will see and feel the difference from other gyms and coaches.
