Employing various tunings, unusual chord voicings, counterpoint lines, alternating bass and arpeggio techniques, El McMeen explains his arrangements of Christmas favorites, ranging from the sprightly Jingle Bells and Bring A Torch Jeannette Isabella, through a tender version of Away In A Manger, to evocative arrangements of We Three Kings and other songs.
