Media Length: 71 Minutes
- Client
- Cindy is a 59-year-old female, emotional sexual and suggestible.
- Presenting Issue

- Ms. Guzy commences the process of the interview by asking Cindy, the client, some basic questions about her concerns and her idea of hypnosis, while weaving in parts of the pre-induction speech. Ms. Guzy’s questions are very precise and relevant to the presenting issue. Cindy discusses her childhood and her relationship with food when she was growing up. She also reveals her eating habits and the unsuccessful diet programs she has tried in the past.
- As the session progresses, Ms. Guzy counsels the client on weight management and offers suggestion on replacing the word’ weight loss’ with ‘weight management’ as she explains why it should be avoided.
Must Watch: This case is basic example of the first session with a weight management client as Ms. Guzy’s interview process is marvelous and very effective in getting the therapy started.

Media Length: 109 Minutes
- Client
- Michael is a 57-year-old physical sexual and physical suggestible male.

- Case Highlights
- Ms. Guzy explains how to find the ‘hook’ for the client and what to look for in a handwriting sample to reveal the suggestibility and sexuality of a person. She encourages the class to get a ‘feel’ of the handwriting sample and discusses what part of the handwriting gives a clue into the subconscious process of the client.
- Michael, the client, describes his issue about his father and grandmother, and how in the present times he constantly feels the need to be on guard due to their behavior towards him and a physically abusive childhood. As Michael explains his past to the audience, Ms. Guzy helps organize the information and asks Michael how it has affected him in the three areas of physical, emotional and mental health.
- Ms. Guzy continues to interview Michael, repeating back his answers, building rapport with her client, while maintaining control of the session. The discussion now moves to revealing clues about Michael’s sexuality and suggestibility as Ms. Guzy encourages the class to ask specific questions to confirm the information.
- Before taking the client into hypnosis, Ms. Guzy reviews the session, and confirms the consistency with the handwriting, sexuality, and suggestibility.
