OS2 – ADVANCED STRIKES -This DVD is the perfect compliment to ‘Fundamentals of Unarmed combat’.

This tape includes elbow smashes, shin-scrapes, head-butts, hip-whips and more. You will learn how to generate maximum power with theseunorthodox weapons. You will become more dangerous by learning how to use different areas of your body to cause damage to the target. OS3 – GROUND FIGHTING – This DVD fills in the gap left by Brazilian jujutsu, judo, and catch wrestling if you find yourself fighting on the ground. Don’t get caught on your back without these additional techniques to add an edge to your bag of tricks.
