Eben Pagan – How To Be An Entrepreneur
Discover The Absolute Essential Mindsets, Daily Operating Principles, And Business Skillsets You NEED To Become A Successful, High Performing Entrepreneur
Dear Friend,
Over the years, people have often asked me,
“Eben, if you were to go back to when you first started in business and had to build everything back from scratch, how would you do it?”
I remember asking similar questions when I was first starting out.
I was working as a band manager at the time, and I remember that one day I made the decision that I wanted to do my own thing.
I just didn’t know what.
I knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur, but I didn’t know how to do it, or even where to start.
I vividly remember looking at these big name entrepreneurs on TV and in the news, and I’d just wonder how they got to where they were — completely awestruck.
How did they get there? Where did they start out?
What kind of things did I need to learn to get to their level?
What was the secret to their success?
Was it connections? Natural born talent? Family background and resources?
I’ve Spent My Entire Career Looking For
Answers To These Questions
Luckily over my years in business, I’ve had the opportunity to connect and learn from some of the same elite level entrepreneurs that I looked up to when I started…
From working with unknown industry millionaires to chatting with celebrity business icons like Steve Jobs and Richard Branson, I’ve been able to uncover some of the highest level insights available on the entrepreneurial experience.
Additionally, I’ve personally had my share of paradigm shifts and epiphanies during my own journey of building 10 different 7 figure businesses.
Needless to say, I’ve since found the answers I was looking for. And I want to share them with you today.
The Entrepreneurial Skillset Is Learnable
What I found after interacting with hundreds of successful entrepreneurs is that most of the things that you’re taught growing up do not prepare you at all for being an entrepreneur.
You’re taught at a very young age to specialize and prepare for the workforce. Then you get into the job world, and you’re conditioned to follow instructions, show up, do work, and get a paycheck.
Things entrepreneurs would never do.
So if you’re thinking about starting your own thing for the first time, it should be no surprise that you have no idea what to do, or where to start.
To make matters worse, the media portrays a lot of these big time entrepreneurs as otherworldly figures with ‘super powers’ like infinite foresight, wisdom, and vision.
Now while some of these individuals truly do have uncanny talents, for the most part it’s largely exaggerated.
I know this because I’ve worked with hundreds of high performing entrepreneurs during my career and I can tell you that their success has NOTHING to do with some esoteric or magical talent.
What it actually has to do with is a specific set of down to earth, real world skills and mindsets that they’ve cultivated and use on a day to day basis.
And here’s the thing with real world skills: They’re entirely learnable.
Uncover The “Common Denominator” Skills and Mindsets That All Successful Entrepreneurs Use Daily
Thinking back on it, I wasted YEARS focusing on things I shouldn’t have bothered with over the course of my career.
I developed habits that I later had to get rid of. I spent time chasing strategies and “shiny object” opportunities that led me nowhere.
In hindsight, I could have gotten the results I wanted much faster if I had just known what I know now.
So after sitting back and having time to reflect on my biggest mistakes, blunders, and breakthroughs along my entrepreneurial journey.
I’ve distilled the most important lessons I’ve learned along the way into a new ‘entrepreneurial crash course’ called…
“How To Be An Entrepreneur”
How To Be An Entrepreneur is a 10 – part audio program that is designed to cut through all the BS and hype about being an entrepreneur.
It essentially provides you with a checklist (read: quick reference guide) of the most important ideas, skills, and operating principles that you must cultivate to succeed as an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurial Creativity
In session 2-4, I’ll jump right into meat of the program. In session 2 we’re going to focus on creativity, and we’re going to learn how to use our minds to connect ideas and things together in new combinations… so we can actualize and achieve success in business and in the world.

If the Inner Game of being an Entrepreneur is Creativity, the Outer Game is Productivity – getting a lot done. Steven Covey said “Time management is a misnomer. The challenge is to manage ourselves.” To become productive, we need to shift how we think about Productivity and get a better understanding of how us “human chimps” are wired… so we can take more control of our lives and our success. Entrepreneurial Marketing
What is marketing anyway? Is it advertising? Direct mail? The Internet? Marketing essentially is the way you communicate your product to your customer. How it solves problems… brings relief… and gives your customers outcomes they want. Innovation in your business
In this session, we’re going to focus on this topic from the perspective of the business. We’ll be thinking of the business as an organism all by itself, and we’re going to learn what we need to do to make it healthy and help it get its needs met so it can grow and flourish.

My #1 favorite question to ask a new hire that instantly get them to reveal (without them realizing it) whether or not they’re going to be a strong and consistent worker
How To Quickly filter out C players using “Topgrading Interviews’
How to instantly spot the ‘stars’ and ‘A-players’ in any talent pool (what you should look for)
SO WHAT THE INVESTMENT?
Listen, I’ve taught some of these same concepts and skills at seminars that people paid $12,000 each to attend.
So don’t take it lightly when I tell you that I’m only charging $197 for the entire program. 10+ hours of some of my biggest epiphanies, insights, and realizations over the course of 15 years as an entrepreneur.
Now if you’re actually serious about being an entrepreneur, you won’t hesitate for a second to get your hands on these secrets. I promise you, the lessons you’ll learn in this program will pay dividends after dividends — for the rest of your life.
Think about it. You’ll easily spend the same $197 dollars on things that don’t actually add lasting value to your life. A few nights out. A trip to the mall. And poof!, there’s goes $197.
Don’t let this $197 go to waste on trivial things. Invest it in the most important thing: you and your personal development.
