I’ve been doing this for a few years and I find it to be good and give benefits in many surprising ways. Some Taoist forms have ppl walk a figure 8 and other pattern as part of QiGong. This fits in with that and the short DVD is full of good info. Check this out if u are into Alt healing, body work, energy work, mediation and such.Enjoy! All can DL now!
