1. First there is a short introduction that describes the intuition tool you will be studying and what is in that lesson,

2. Then there’s a detailed course with audio and a worksheet which clearly explains the intuition tool,

3. Next you have a ‘how to use it’ lesson that explains exactly how to use that intuition tool, the results you can expect, and everything you need to know to use it effectively,

4. Finally, there is an audio meditation that walks you through every step of using that intuition tool so you have guided support to explore this ability.
