Level One – Red
1. Angles of attack 1 to 5 Lacoste Inosanto.
2. Defending Attacks by the numbers. 1 to 5 but each as a separate attack
3. Flow drills Higot Hubad Lubad #1 #2.
4. Attacks with aggressor non specific.
5. Heaven Grip live blade poke a surface of substance to attain knife handling skill.
6. Earth Grip stab a surface of substance for knife handling skills.
Level Two – Blue
1. Angles of attack by the numbers 1 to 7 2. Execute 1-4, the 1-6, 1-5, 1-7, 1-3
3. Defend above attacks Hit and stick, counter attack.
4. Dry Fire Training double dagger
1.) Segang inside to out Cut from Inside to about mirror 1 image. 2.) Ride cut from outside to inside (saki)
5. Disarms by the numbers earth grip. 1.) Over the arm 2.) Elbow roll
6. Disarms by angle 5 strip and return, disarm angle one over the arm
Level Three – Green
1. Angles of attack 1 to 12
2. By the Numbers Like level 2 but run the clock
a. Slash Slash
b. Slash thrust
c. Thrust thrust
d. Thrust slash
3. Double Dagger
a. Ride
b. Slash
c. Impede
d. Scissor
4. Single Dagger (soft energy)
a. Evade and thrust
b. Evade and slash
c. Impeded and counter:

5. Disarms heaven and earth
a. Over the arm
b. Under the arm

Level Four – Brown
1. Double knife
a. In to out slash upward stroke.
b. Out to in 2 levels close and far. Ride/saki scissor two almost simultaneous motions segang/saki
c. cover and hit
d. elbow roll
e. palisut
f. cover and hit to palisut
g. cover and hit to roll
h. cover or inside hit and stick (back angle at 45)
2. Single knife
a. Maintain all basics from levels 1 to 3
b. Long range
i. hit and stick
ii. with 3 follow ups from slash thrust, thrust slash ETC.
c. Close range
i. Disarms 5 ways OVER, UNDER, PASS, elbow roll and opposite arm entry, each position with pathways
ii. enter from hubad
iii. enter from 4 points of entry back to wall this means under pressure relative speed.
3. Close Range to long range transitions
a. control point of contact
i. catch
ii. pull
iii. ride scissor
iv. palisut
v. segang
vi. lift a diagonal motion upward, make a hole in space (shadow hand)
**pathway means how did you precede to the point of contact.
Level Five – Gold
1. Double knife
a. in to out slash upward stroke.
b. out to in 2 levels close and far. Ride/saki scissor two almost simultaneous motions segang/saki
c. cover and hit
d. elbow roll
e. palisut
f. cover and hit to palisut
g. cover and hit to roll
h. cover or inside hit and stick (back angle at 45)
**using footwork model to find cuts in between beats.
2. Level five single knife
a. Maintain all above levels plus add stroke to finish X4
b. back to wall execute all 5 basic techniques (over, under, pass, elbow roll, OAE, and failure of technique.)
c. quick release angle five
d. quick release facing threat
e. capture at oh shit range.
Level Six -Black
1. Double dagger slide and thrust
a. Using footwork to evade with full body side back movement slide foot and thrust with left hand.
b. slide thrust right to left
c. double landings
2. single knife
a. use open position to defeat the clock (draw)
b. use closed position to defeat the clock (draw)
c. 3 use center right to defeat hand attacks (bait)
d. use left center to defeat shallow and deep attacks (bait)
e. use open open for odd weapons against knife and knife against odd weapons (weapons length and type)
3. empty hands
a. all above using double dagger movements
b. defeat sneak attack bump thrust
c. defeat rear attack push thrust
d. defeat the clock with 1/2 and 1/3 Rd beat attack
