Kristian Steenstrup is regarded one of Europes most respected trumpet and brass pedagogues and with good reason. Having studied and researched for years of how to optimize your trumpet playing with the help of simple, yet extremely efficient methods he has helped dozens and dozens of players, professionals and students alike, to overcome problems with their trumpet playing. Kristian studied at The Royal Academy of Music (Aarhus) and at Northwestern University (Chicago) with Vincent Cichowicz and Arnold Jacobs. He took his Diploma in 1992.

Kristian was offered a post at The Royal Academy of Music (Aarhus) in 1993, becoming Associate Professor in 2000.
