If you are not a regular exerciser, or if you have trouble completing the ½ hour workout shows on TV, you are considered A BEGINNER. But take heart! This is only a temporary condition. Once you start exercising regularly you will become proficient in no time. The best part about being a beginner is that you are in the group that will benefit the most from starting a workout program. You will experience DRAMATIC changes in your health and appearance.
Many people that start out as beginners are so thrilled by their results that they practically skip the intermediate stage and go right on up to advanced! It is a life-changing experience.

Beginner tips (please read)
- The truth of the matter is, a beginner can use any of our workouts. Just start slow and do only as much as you can. The next time you will be able to do a little bit more…then a little bit more…and before you know it, you will be doing the whole routine.
- No matter how much of the routine you do, always remember to jump forward on the DVD to the COOL DOWN/STRETCH segment. When you do the stretch you will relax the exercised muscles and dramatically minimize post exercise soreness.
- If you can only do low impact exercises due to joint pain or limited mobility, once again, you can use any of our workouts (except step workouts). Any workout can be transformed into a low impact workout simply by always keeping one foot on the floor. When Gilad jumps, you step! It is that simple.
- Don’t try to do too much! If you do, you will become discouraged and most likely quit exercising all together.
