Jaquetta Bellamy – The Complete Field Inspector’s Training Guide
Are you ready to start making some money in this year?
If you are seriously tired of all the “get-rich-quick” scams and schemes out there, and would like to earn an honest, full or part-time income taking simple digital photos in your local area, this may be for you.
Being an Independent Field Inspector is truly a recession proof business!
I will explain that a little later. But for now I want to explain exactly what is so recession proof. Have you ever seen someone observing and taking a couple of pictures of a house or what about noticing someone very laid back and casually dressed walking around a store that you were in jotting down notes?
Their job title is a Field Inspector. This industry provides specialized services to major lending, leasing and insurance institutions nationwide. These very fortunate independent workers go to different properties and answer some simple questions pertaining to the outer appearance and take some pictures of the outside and they get paid for it.
This is an industry that’s virtually unknown to most people. And because of that, there is currently an extreme nationwide shortage of trained individuals to perform these services on a local level.
Start Today!
Now the reason I call it recession proof is because this opportunity is still viable during the current economic slowdown. In fact, these factors have created several new opportunities for Field Inspectors. Homes and commercial properties that are being refinanced, foreclosed or that are vacant still require frequently updated photos and reports to companies. The Government “Bailout” plan will create even more opportunities. So in all actuality, there has never been a better time be in this industry.
Lending, Leasing and Insurance institutions nationwide have vested interests in homes, cars, commercial property, businesses, trucks, RVs, boats, or any entity requiring financing or insurance. These institutions need to have updated and accurate information on the condition of this property continuously.
It is simply not cost effective for them to have their own “reps” in every single town (zip code) in the United States. So, these institutions “sub” out this work to freelance “reps” all over the country. By familiarizing yourself with the information that’s in The Field Inspector’s Training Guide, your services will be in high demand.
Since most financing, insurance policies, mortgages, leases, etc. are now completed online, or via 800 telephone numbers, the need for these institutions on a local basis has decreased dramatically.
This is where you come in!
- You will effectively become a representative for 100’s of national companies who need constantly updated information from your local area. This simple, but specialized work can be done by men, women, students, seniors, retirees, etc..
- There is no cold calling, soliciting for work, or strange people coming to your home. There is no expensive photography equipment or special software needed. You do not have to lease an office or building. You can work right from your own home and make your own days and hours. Field service inspectors basically get all their training on-the-job.
- There is no special education required to become a field inspector. Most firms provide their own training packet with their own set of guidelines and procedures. They also provide the forms you’ll need to use, so you have to create nothing on your own.
- There are over 70 companies (and growing), that will be listed at the end of the guide, that are actively seeking honest, reliable individuals in EVERY zip code in the United States (43,000). You can cover as many zip codes and work for as many companies as you can responsibly handle. These companies are NOT the actual lending, leasing and insurance institutions.
These companies are contracted by these major institutions to gather the information (photos, reports, etc.) that they require. The more zip codes that each of these companies can cover, the more valuable they become to their clients.
You will be paid well to obtain this information. People just like you (new moms, single moms, students, etc. ) are getting paid $25, $50, and even $100 each and every time they take a few photos with their digital camera and fill out the accompanying reports (mostly online). It takes only 5 -15 minutes to complete each assignment.
Taking simple pictures and filling out forms is only one type of services that Field Inspectors perform for banking and insurance companies on a daily basis. My guide will introduce you to more, badly needed services (not all are photography related) that these institutions will pay you to perform.
Choose which service(s) is right for you, you do not have to do anything you do not want to do. This guide is truly unique and in very high demand. I started by training some family members and some close friends who needed some financial help. Then there friends and co-workers started to ask me about the business and I just decided to write an informative, tell all guide to get the most unexperienced person out and making money as a Field inspector.
Just look at your surrounding area!
Count all of the businesses, cars, boats, planes, RVs, buildings, homes, heavy equipment, etc. that are financed, leased and insured through national companies. There just aren’t enough independent representatives out there to meet the demand. My guide will give you all the insider tips, lingo and resources that you’ll need to get started.
All you need are basic computer and photography skills.
You will probably never actually meet anyone face-to-face from the companies that you will be working for.
I provide you with the names, websites and contact information for over 100 firms that have a constant and growing need for “reps” throughout the US.
After you read the guide, you will simply contact these companies with the types of assignments that you are willing to accept, and the areas that you are willing to service . As you will discover, these companies constantly need new “reps” and will be happy to hear from you.
Many people start receiving assignments immediately after submitting their information to the companies.
You will normally be paid by check for all assignments that you have completed on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on the companies you are working for.
To get started you will need transportation to and from assignments, home phone or cell phone, computer, measuring tape, and a basic digital camera.
Dress any way you like, most types of assignments require little or no contact with others.
You can also service your surrounding counties/zip codes.
You are not limited as to where you can accept assignments as long as you can complete your assignments in a timely manner.
Rush jobs pay extra!
