Accreditation Statements:
The Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. MAOPS designates this program for a maximum of 1 AOA Category 1-A Credits, and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation.
Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) designates this live activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Creditsä. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Executive Dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Vice President for Health Affairs
Kansas City University
Dr. D’Agostino has served as the executive dean and vice president of Health Affairs and Professor of Medicine at the KCU-COM since 2017. Previously he served as associate dean of Community Health and Innovation and profession of medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth and chair of the Department of Medicine at UNT for eight years. His primary responsibilities at KCU include oversight of the curriculum, increased development of graduate medical education, enhanced clinical outreach and expansion of research within the COM for both the Kansas City and Joplin campuses. Dr. D’Agostino earned his DO degree from New York Institute of Technology, a master of business administration for the University of Texas, Dallas, and a master of public health from the University of Connecticut.
