Having dissected the first section Chi Sao program, we now reintegrate it and look at how it is worked as a whole program completely and fluidly.
More importantly we look at the importance of maintaining combat, advancing attitude and how the body is structuring itself to be more effective and reactive for street combat.
The final lesson completes the first section and it should give you a fairly broad outlook at many applications to free combat.
