By allowing space to communicate with yourself, you shine light on aspects that may be holding you back from the success you envision. The new perspective gained helps you to consciously make changes in your life.
Which is why I’m so excited to be sharing my journaling workbook with you that highlights 7 main areas: mindset, money, sales, systems, visibility, support, and lifestyle.
For each journal topic, we’ll go over three common beliefs or fears that most women entrepreneurs have in that area. Corresponding worksheets will offer six journaling prompts to support you as you reflect and journal on the subject.
The goal for this workbook is for you to actually journal out your fears and beliefs that may be holding you back from success in the different areas of your business. The journal prompts will help you do that.
Ideally, you’ll want to spend time on each of the seven topics. However, feel free to journal one day on one topic and the next on another. Use this workbook in whatever way and order fits you best. However, don’t forget, the main objective is to reflect and write.
