This course is a combination of ‘Your Authentic Voice” & “Melodic Chant” – Understand the voice and explore the healing & meditative vibrations of mantra
What does it mean to ‘speak your truth’? What is my Authentic sound? How can I balance or unblock my throat Chakra? How can I use mantra, or sound in my meditation practice? How can I gain more confidence in using my voice?
All these questions and more will be answered in this course, recommended for anyone wanting to explore these answers and to gain a greater understanding of the vibratory nature of sound and how it relates to your own voice. The melodic mantra audio tracks can be used as examples to inspire your own chanting practice, or simply for listening and relaxing while your mind is uplifted.
Whether you want to grow as a speaker, singer, or just feel more confident singing “happy Birthday” at family parties or chanting ‘OM’ in your yoga class 🙂 this course is for you!!
Your Instructor
I am a classically trained vocalist, a singer/songwriter, a vocal instructor, a meditation teacher, and E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance). I enjoy helping my students discover their most authentic voice and giving them the confidence to use it. My goal is to help others shine with the light of their true nature in loving-kindness and gratitude for this beautiful life. I work to bring light to darkness by supporting you on your journey towards your highest good, for the highest good of all. I desire to help you find all of the beauty, goodness and limitless potential in yourself. Music, Yoga, Meditation and Compassion are the paths I travel towards this end
